Payment

Depending on which country you are from, we offer different payment methods.

For Debit/Credit cards, we accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePlay, ShopPay, AfterPay and ZipPay.

Returns

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@elyra.com.au with your order number and your issue with the product.

If you have had a change of mine, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. We do not offer refunds for open or used products. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior warning will not be accepted.
